User Journey

/Define & ideate

Based on benchmarking with other events, patterns of environments were identified for the development of the hierarchy of information in the wireframes, divided into a registration page and a thank-you page.

Initially, for the issuing of certificates, it was planned to enable a button at the end of the third day of the event for the user to issue their own certificate via the transmission page, but due to technology limitations, the certificate would be sent to registrants automatically via the platform after the event.

Heatmaps Analysis

As ed-tech, Grupo Voitto seeks Showcase Expertise, Generate Leads, Communicate Services, Establish Credibility, Provide Resources and Enhance Branding. To analyze these goals, we implemented the tool Hotjar to receive user feedback.

Hotjar is a versatile tool that combines feedback and analytics capabilities and provides visual behavior insights, enabling website owners and designers to make user-centered design decisions. By collecting user feedback, observing behavior through heatmaps and session recordings, Hotjar empowers you to understand your users better and optimize your website accordingly.

In this project, we are viewing:

  • User retention when scrolling through the Registration and Thank You pages in mobile and desktop version
  • User clicks behavior in the Registration and Thank You pages in mobile and desktop version
